8 1/2 Wochen - ACHTEINHALB, Berlin

ACHTEINHALB (8 1/2) was founded in 2009 as a temporary pop-up store with varying locations in Berlin. The by now four different shops featured up to 70 Designers and also special performances and features from Berlin based artists and musicians. Finally the project found it´s permanent homebase in Kollwitzstrasse 42 in the heart of Berlins district Prenzlauer Berg between Senefelderplatz and Kollwitzplatz.

With a sales area of 80 sqm it features around 20 local fashion designers, art/photo/design books and records. ACHTEINHALB continous with it`s tradition in beeing a space for interdisciplinary projects and performances. The shop is also part of the ACHTEINHALB agency concept for viral and guerilla marketing and visionary media campaigns.
